Ever wonder what the "Fat Kid" would look like if he was frozen in carbonite? (you know, like Han Solo)
For all of you who would like to know the inside story of our rotomolded figurines, here is a shot of our Fat Kid, after being sliced into two seperate pieces.
Here you can see the three rotomolded pieces which make up the figurine. The little plug in each section is where they pull the figurine out of the tooling. Once out of the tooling the pieces solidify into their final form, and finally they are glued together and painted.
(but not by child labor, we checked, sorta)
