Comic-Con Day 2 - Preview Night

We set the booth up fairly quickly with a tagteam effort from both Newgrounds and Behemoth crew. We also had the opportunity to showcase our new booth
graphics this year, which featured our friendly Castle Crasher Knights alongside the Alien Hominid crew.

     

     

The forklifts cleared out of the hall just as the doors opened for Preview Night. Our first visitors were our friends from 1up.com

     

1up.com recorded gameplay from our next title, Castle Crashers and our upcoming release of Alien Hominid in high definition for the 360 Live Arcade. If you're wondering what the extra bulk of plastic is on top of the 360's, it's the test kit portion of the console.

     

In our display case we have our prototypes for the next series of figrines and a few of our awards from past years. By about 6:00pm the hall was filling up. The last couple of years the traffic for preview night had been fairly light. This year however, we were swamped from the get go.

     

Jeremy and Brian from Gameinformer rolled on by to play the new game and record some footage for their feature they were doing. Eariler in the day they went out to lunch with Tom and Dan as the rest of us slaves employees worked to finish the game pod.
